APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATION

Reservations are needed for all Spa services. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or change any appointments. 100% of the services booked will be charged to the card on file. We do not accept any appointments without a card on file, and consent to charge the card in a no show or under 24 hours was given to cancel or change the appointment. Our cancellation policy is firm, and holds the appointment spot for your services.  If the card declines, you will have to prepay for all spa and salon services before returning to Glow.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Please notify our Spa Staff before reserving your treatments if you are pregnant, or have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, or have had an allergy in the past to a product. All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.

LATE POLICY

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments and are charged at full value. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced.

NO CELL PHONES

With tranquility as our main concern, we ask that you please observe our no cell phone policy. We request that you silence all cell phones before entering the spa. Please understand this is for the comfort of our guests.

VISITORS & CHILDREN POLICY

Due to our limited seating and our quest to maintain the spa's ambiance, the spa facilities are reserved for clients only. The Spa is an adult facility. We are unable to provide services to guests accompanied by children. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates are available for individual services, treatment services, corporate gifts and incentives, specific dollar amounts, products or gifts. Gift certificates must be present at the time of the service to be redeemed. Gift certificates are not refundable and not redeemable if lost, stolen or altered.

The recipient may call us at their convenience to schedule any one or a combination of services purchased. Single service requests can usually be accommodated with a 10 day notice. Multiple service requests may require a minimum 14 days notice. Gift Certificates and prepays are non-refundable and completely transferable and may be redeemed for any of our services or merchandise that you choose.

AGE REQUIREMENT

All spa guests must be 14 years of age or older. Junior spa-goers ages 12 and older can enjoy limited services, teen facials and eyebrow or lip waxing. 

PAYMENTS & GRATUITY

The Spa accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover, and Gift Cards/Certificates as payment. We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified spa professionals in the industry. You may opt to leave gratuities for our qualified spa professionals. Our recommended range is between 20% and 25% of the price of the service provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

We do not accept product returns.

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
