Hydrafacial FAQ's

Hydra-Facial is the only hydra-dermabrasion procedure that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and antioxidant protection simultaneously, resulting in clearer, more beautiful skin with little-to-no downtime. The treatment is soothing, moisturizing, non-invasive and generally non-irritating.

Hydra-Facial uses patented technology to cleanse, extract, and hydrate. The serums are made with nourishing ingredients that create an instantly gratifying glow. You'll uncover a new layer of skin with skin resurfacing, that is then followed by an exfoliating peel. Hydra-Facials remove debris from pores with a gentle suction for the most thorough form of extractions you can get, all while saturating your skin with antioxidants and peptides to maximize your glow!

Due to the advanced Hydra-Facial treatment and products that penetrate at a deeper skin level than our other Facial services do, this treatment has more of a clinical feel to it so that our Esthetic professionals can properly monitor your skin.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE HYDRAFACIAL SERVICE

Due to the advanced products and treatments of the Hydra-Facial that penetrate into a deeper level of the skin than our other facial services, this treatment has a more technical feel to it so that your specialist can properly monitor your skin. Thus, the room lights will remain dimly on, and they will be communicating with you to ensure that your skin integrity remains positive throughout the entire duration of the service.

You may experience tingling and stinging in the treatment area. These sensations generally subside within a few hours. After the service, your skin may experience temporary irritation, tightness, or redness. These are all normal reactions that typically resolve within 72 hours, depending on skin sensitivity. Client experiences may vary. Some clients may experience a delayed onset of these symptoms.

You will likely see results immediately after treatment and your skin may feel smooth and hydrated for one to four weeks with appropriate home care to maintain treatment results. After your service, your skin will be more susceptible to sunburn/sun damage. Avoid excessive sun exposure and use a minimum of SPF 30 sunscreen.
